Implement an emacs major mode for .md4tj. Should have

  1. Syntax highlighting
  2. A function to insert the boilerplate for a blog post (Title, time, etc.)
  3. A function to insert the boilerplate for a new web page

Would also be nice to be able to automatically resize text a la AuCTeX for a more WYSIWYG experience. Not at all sure how to do this though....
